Här finns massor att läsa om nackellack, hudvård etc. som är hälsosamt och vitaliserande för oss och vår omgivning, nu och för framtiden.   • Hi Sandra, Glad you found my blog, and that you’re ready to make a change in your life! Baby steps is the way to go… I suggest you start by eating a healthy breakfast, after your comfortable with that (it could take months), move on to a healthy lunch, etc. Green smoothies are THE best thing for you – so maybe try the spinach, banana, water or coconut water smoothie for breakfast.Remember ito enjoy the journey and not think too much about the destination.   • Hi founded you´re blogg yesterday and coulden´t stop reading it it´s so intresting about the health and food we eat, it really opened my eyes ”Big Time” Im not health at all love junk food cola etc but now I decided for 2012 to start make a lot of changes and saw all this and it´s so inspiering, I also want to loose weight adn be healthy so this is the way to go and also the comments about how to see you´re life you write about!Thank you x 1000000000000000

  • Hej Sofie! It’s a lot about the foods I eat, and getting my hair the right nutrients, just like your body. I always use top of line shampoos and conditioners – Redken, Wella, Matrix, Toni & Guy – and always for dry hair, so you get extra moisture. I also don’t style it too often since the heat really messes with it. I did an blog post on hair last week – has some suggestions on what to eat for shine.And that was not a shallow questions, hair is important :)Have a good weekend, Filippa
