Threw these walnuts in my bag today – great Sundance snack! The nut is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins B-1, B-2, and B-3, vitamin-E and niacin.
Side note… What does niacin do? It turns carbohydrates into energy – providing energy to the cells. Niacin also helps the body to detoxify, produce sex hormones, control blood sugar, and decrease cholesterol levels.
