  • A one-day-detox sounds like the perfect start for me and I would be so thankful if you would write a post about this! I’m not sure what qualifies as a ”green” juice and if it has to be homemade, organic etc… And would soy milk be considered as a ”nut milk”? I sometimes react to almonds and nuts, so soy would work better for me… Also I’m not sure of what a colonic and Masada crystals are?Thank you so much for your help so far, reaaally enjoy reading your blog! xo

  • Hej du…Skirver pa engelska – lattare for mig 🙂 Soo, the reason your skin gets bad is because your body is relaxing toxins that way. Totally normal during a cleanse, but I understand if it’s inconvient. I recommend that you start with one day – drink 2 green juices, a nut milk, and 3 other fruit juices, combined with LOTS of water. I can do a post and go more indepth on this… :)Also help your body get rid of toxins by getting a colonic, or take a bath in Masada crystals. You’re on the right track…. just take it step by step. Also when you eat meat, make sure to eat lots of greens with it. The body needs the extra enzymes to digest it…xxFilippa

  • I feel as if my body needs a detox, especially after reading your blog post the other day! I tried different detox’s before but almost always I’ve had to stop before finishing because they were getting too intense making my skin a complete mess. Do you have any tips on how to start off softly and chock my body but still get a good ”clean up”? I would love if you could write a bit more about this topic in your blog! I believe detox-ing is a lot more important for us today and especially for us who still eat meat and snickers bars! Thank a ton for a great blog, keep it uppppp!!! xo
