Brussels Sprout Salad with Tahini Dressing:
- Cut up 6-10 brussels sprouts
- Mix 1.5 tablespoons of tahini, a splash of lemon, water (add as much as desired for consistency), 1 crushed garlic clove, Celtic sea salt, & pepper.
- Add above dressing to brussels sprouts. Mix.
- Lay on plate and top with organic raw cashews and any green garnish.
