Love going to Eli’s Market near my apartment, they have a great organic selection. Why eat organic? First reason is that they’re free of neurotoxins, that can be damaging to the brain and nerve cells. Secondly, it’s real food with more nutrients, good for your body and the earth. Lastly, hello the toxins! Would you spray herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, and fertilizers in your mouth? No right? Then why is it ok to eat a conventional apple?

  • I think it should be all the non-organic food that should be labeled instead of the organic. It could for exemple be labeled as ”contains pesticide” or ”severely lacking in antioxidants” or something like that…. Because organic should be the default mode, not the exception.
The answer to your Pop Quiz is Romanesco! The beautiful veggie in the first pic goes by the same name in both swedish and english, and is a hybrid between broccoli and cauliflower.
